Cybersecurity AD provides technical infrastructure for digital data processing. Services do not include legal advice, investigative activities, or substantive assessment of criminal case files.

Security Architecture

The security architecture is designed in accordance with applicable legal frameworks and generally accepted cybersecurity principles, including principles from the NIS2 Directive and the upcoming Dutch Cybersecurity Act 2026. This does not constitute formal certification, supervisory status, or a guarantee of full compliance.

Confidentiality

Cybersecurity AD has no access to the contents of submitted case file data. Data is processed exclusively on a case-specific basis and is fully removable upon completion.

User Responsibility

The user remains responsible for:

• the lawfulness of the submitted data,
• the legal interpretation of results,
• and the use of reports within judicial proceedings.
