Partner Verification Policy

Version 1.0
Effective date: February 14, 2026
Jurisdiction: Netherlands

1. Purpose

This Partner Verification Policy defines the criteria, process and transparency standards under which an external organization may be listed as a "Verified Partner" by CyberSecurity AD.

The purpose is to ensure:

  • Accuracy in public representations
  • Legal clarity regarding cooperation
  • Compliance with Dutch and EU law
  • Prevention of misleading commercial signaling

This policy applies to all public partner listings published on this website.

2. Definition of "Verified Partner"

A "Verified Partner" is an independent legal entity with which CyberSecurity AD maintains a documented contractual cooperation agreement.

Verification status requires:

  1. A signed written agreement (e.g., cooperation agreement, MSA, framework agreement or equivalent)
  2. Defined scope of collaboration
  3. Active confidentiality provisions (where applicable)
  4. Compliance alignment with applicable data protection laws (GDPR)
  5. Confirmation that the partner is an independently registered legal entity

No organization may be listed without satisfying these minimum criteria.

3. Independence Statement

All verified partners operate as independent legal entities.

Partner verification does not imply:

  • Ownership
  • Corporate control
  • Shared management
  • Joint venture status
  • Financial consolidation
  • Endorsement beyond the defined contractual scope

Public listing reflects documented cooperation only.

4. Verification Procedure

Before publication, the following steps must be completed:

  1. Legal existence verification (e.g., Chamber of Commerce registration)
  2. Contractual documentation review
  3. Scope validation (technical or operational cooperation confirmed)
  4. Data protection assessment (if data exchange is involved)
  5. Management approval for public listing

The verification record is retained internally for audit purposes.

5. Scope of Public Disclosure

Public partner listings may include:

  • Organization name
  • General cooperation description
  • Relationship status
  • Jurisdiction
  • Applicable legal framework

Confidential contract terms are not publicly disclosed.

6. Review and Removal

Partner status is subject to periodic review.

A listing may be suspended or removed if:

  • The cooperation agreement expires
  • The agreement is terminated
  • Material breach occurs
  • Legal or compliance risks arise

Listings are updated to reflect current status.

7. Transparency Notice

Public partner listings are intended to provide transparency regarding documented cooperation agreements.

They are not marketing endorsements and do not imply broader strategic affiliation beyond the defined contractual framework.

8. Governance

This policy is approved by management and may be updated when legal, regulatory or operational circumstances require modification.

The current version is published on this website.
